About the Role
Intelliscend NDDR Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Formulation Scientist I to join our Formulation Research & Development team. The selected candidate will be involved in the development and optimization of pharmaceutical formulations, supporting projects from laboratory development through technology transfer while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize solid oral dosage forms and topical formulations in accordance with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct pre-formulation and formulation development studies to achieve robust, stable, and commercially viable products.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate scientific records in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and internal quality systems.
- Execute formulation trials, analyze results, troubleshoot formulation challenges, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with Analytical Development, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, Production, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Support technology transfer activities for pilot-scale, exhibit, and commercial manufacturing at various manufacturing locations.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, protocols, product development reports, and technology transfer documentation.
- Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Stay updated with scientific literature, formulation technologies, and industry trends to support innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics or an equivalent specialization.
- Freshers with strong academic credentials or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in formulation development are encouraged to apply.

- Knowledge of solid oral dosage forms and topical dosage forms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
