Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to handle student enquiries and generate admissions through effective communication. The candidate should be comfortable making calls and maintaining good relationships with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students and parents
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally
- Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly
- Maintain call records and lead databases
- Support the counselling and admission team
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work with targets
