About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telle caller Executive to support the growth of the Voice Club platform. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to existing and potential partners through outbound calls, building relationships, explaining partnership opportunities, and assisting partners throughout the onboarding process.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable working in a target-driven environment from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing partners on behalf of Voice Club.
- Introduce and explain the Voice Club platform, features, and partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with partners.
- Assist partners with onboarding and answer basic queries related to the platform.
- Follow up with interested partners and encourage active participation on the app.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets and engagement goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth partner experience.
- Share feedback and insights gathered from partners to help improve processes and partner satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Ability to build rapport and engage stakeholders over the phone.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, partner engagement, business development, or relationship management.
- Experience working with mobile apps, digital platforms, or online communities is an advantage.
- Multilingual communication skills are preferred.
- Hindi communication.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
