Job description
We are looking for a dynamic HR & Admin professional who has a rich experience in Employee life cycle management & Office Administration activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources (HR):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, maintaining a recruitment database, and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare HR-related documentation: offer letters, exit letters, and employee records using Spine HRMS.
- Create and maintain new employee profiles (Cosec, biometric), leave records, working hours, and in-time tracking.
- Facilitate the onboarding process: preparing and allotting ID cards, stationery kits for new hires.
- Support the HR team with additional tasks as required.
2. Administration:
- Manage bill payments related to HR and Admin functions, manage calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist in day-to-day office operations and supervise the reception area as needed.
- Coordinate with office boys for external work, ensuring timely execution of tasks based on priority.
- Vendor management: coordinate with vendors for stationery supplies, AMC renewals, repairs, and office equipment replacements.
- Organize food and refreshment arrangements for official events and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain office housekeeping standards and handle conference room scheduling.
- Track and manage office insurance policies, obtain renewal quotes, and process payments on approval.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS software (Spine HRMS preferred).
- Experience in vendor management and office administration.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Pay: ₹10,307.05 - ₹35,000.00 per month
