Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Staff member located in Bengaluru. The Sales Staff will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, customer engagement, and relationship management
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of sanitaryware, tiles, modular kitchens, or home interiors is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet client needs
Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software is beneficial
Previous experience in retail or showroom sales is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
