Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, pongal, upma, sambar, rasam, chutneys, and regional specialities.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.
- Follow standardised recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per company policies.
- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors about ingredient requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food products.
- Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.
- Assist in menu planning and the development of new dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and utensils.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during meal periods.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
