Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Telecaller / Patient Care Executive to support patient communication and improve patient experience. The role involves regular follow-ups with patients, ensuring adherence to doctor’s instructions, medication reminders, and encouraging patients to continue their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with making appointments
- Follow up with patients after consultations, procedures, or treatments as per hospital protocols.
- Remind patients about medications, precautions, lifestyle recommendations, and other instructions provided by the doctor.
- Educate and encourage patients to follow the prescribed treatment plan.
- Send reminders for upcoming follow-up consultations and appointments.
- Maintain proper records of patient interactions, feedback, and follow-up updates.
- Escalate patient concerns, complaints, or medical-related queries to the concerned team/doctor.
- Ensure a positive patient experience through polite, professional, and compassionate communication.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front office teams for smooth patient management.
- Achieve assigned patient follow-up and engagement targets.

- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Prior experience in hospital, healthcare, customer support, or telecalling preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
