Job Summary:
As a Medical Record Review and Summarization Specialist, you will deliver high-quality summaries of US patient medical records to support litigation, insurance claim adjudication, workers’ compensation or personal injury contexts. Work will involve extracting key facts, chronologies, service provider details, injuries, treatments, and outcomes to generate ‘hyperlinked’ summaries for legal/claims clients. Some prior experience of US healthcare/litigation support preferred.
Key Responsibilities
· Review and analyze US medical records and extract critical clinical details
· Prepare medical chronologies and concise summary reports with hyperlinks/indexing
· Ensure accuracy, neutrality, and compliance with medico-legal standards
· Meet client formats, quality benchmarks, and turnaround timelines
· Maintain confidentiality and data security for PHI
Qualifications & Skills
· Graduate: BAMS / BHMS / BPT / BDS / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
· 1–3 years experience in US medical record review & summarization
· Strong understanding of US medical records (H&P, operative notes, labs, radiology)
· Excellent English writing and documentation skills
· High attention to detail and deadline-oriented
· Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
· Flexible to work shifts as per client needs
Preferred
· Experience in medico-legal, personal injury, or workers’ compensation cases
· Knowledge of US healthcare terminology and document management systems
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
