Position: Retail Sales Executive – Jewellery
Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Experience: 1–2 years preferred;
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers professionally and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Present and explain gold, diamond, silver and other jewellery products.
- Handle product display, customer queries, negotiation and sales closure.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs and conversion goals.
- Maintain proper cleanliness, presentation and arrangement of the assigned counter.
- Ensure correct handling, safety and accountability of jewellery/products.
- Maintain customer relationships and support repeat business/referrals.
- Follow company grooming, dress code, attendance, discipline and customer-service policies.
- Coordinate with Floor Manager, Cashier and other departments for smooth billing and delivery.
- Maintain basic product/customer records and follow all company SOPs.
- Support showroom promotions, offers, schemes and other sales activities.
- Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by management.
Skills: Good communication, customer handling, sales ability, positive attitude, grooming and willingness to achieve targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
