Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Store Executive to manage overall store operations, inventory control, material handling, and warehouse activities efficiently. The candidate should have strong knowledge of stock management, inward & outward processes, inventory audits, and ERP-based documentation.
The ideal candidate must ensure smooth material flow, accurate stock maintenance, proper coordination with different departments, and timely availability of materials for operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily store operations including inward & outward material movement.
* Maintain accurate stock records, inventory reports, and material tracking.
* Handle GRN, stock entries, material issuance, and documentation processes.
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
* Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counting, and inventory audits.
* Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
* Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to avoid damage or wastage.
* Prepare MIS reports related to stock, inventory, and material movement.
* Maintain ERP entries and ensure data accuracy in inventory systems.
* Ensure housekeeping, safety standards, and discipline within the store area.
* Support smooth warehouse and logistics operations.
* Resolve inventory discrepancies and coordinate for timely corrective actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 4–8 years of experience in Store Operations / Inventory Management / Warehouse Management.
* Experience from Manufacturing, Printing & Packaging,
* Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock handling, and material management.
* Hands-on experience in ERP software, MS Excel, and inventory reporting systems.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Candidate should have strong experience in handling store and inventory operations.
* Experience in warehouse/store management and ERP systems will be preferred.
* Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
