Position Summary
The Manager – Founder's Office will act as a strategic and operational partner to the Managing Director, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments and driving key business initiatives. The role requires a highly organized, analytical, and result-oriented professional capable of managing cross-functional projects, monitoring business performance, and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Business Support
Work closely with the Managing Director on strategic initiatives and business objectives.
Drive special projects and ensure timely execution of management priorities.
Conduct business analysis and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Monitor key organizational goals and track progress against targets.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, HR, Accounts, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Dispatch, and Administration teams.
Ensure effective communication and alignment between departments.
Follow up on critical action items and management directives.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Prepare and review Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
Track production, quality, inventory, operational efficiency, and financial performance metrics.
Present performance updates and recommendations to the Managing Director.
Project Management
Lead and monitor cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives.
Ensure timely completion of strategic and operational projects.
Process Improvement & Compliance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Support compliance, audits, and internal control processes.
Assist in developing and implementing SOPs and management systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, Business Administration,
MBA preferred.
Experience
8–15 years of experience in Textile Manufacturing, Processing, Dyeing, Printing, or related industries.
Proven experience in operations management, project management, or business coordination roles.
Experience working directly with senior leadership will be preferred.
