1. Financial Planning & Analysis
· Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
· Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management
· Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis
2. Costing and Profitability Management
· Monitor product costing for findings manufacturing
· Analyze cost structures (raw-materials, labour and overheads)
· Drive cost optimization initiative to improve margins and yield
3. Working Capital Management
· Monitor and optimize working capital (inventory, receivables and payables)
· Ensure efficient fund utilization and cash flow planning
· Track liquidity position and forecast cash requirements
4. Business Performance Monitoring
· Analyze business performance across plants, branches and regions
· Provide MIS reports and dashboards to management
· Identify risks and opportunities impacting profitability
5. Compliance and Risk Management
· Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements
· Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
· Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations
6. Investment and Fund Management
· Manage surplus funds and recommend investment options
· Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and ROI analysis
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
· Work closely with production, sales and outsourcing teams
· Support pricing decisions and margin improvement initiatives
· Ensure financial discipline across departments
8. Process Improvement and Controls
· Strengthen internal controls and financial processes
· Drive automation and efficiency in financial reporting system
