What You’ll Do
- Proactively engage potential and new clients, focusing on securing first orders and building long-term partnerships.
- Follow up on both warm and cold leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Present products virtually, strengthen customer relationships, and drive conversions to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Respond to enquiries (in person, phone & social media)
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver great service
- Support sales operations and team initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record (minimum 1 year preferred); experience in cold calling is a plus.
- Strong ability in pipeline building, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Good understanding of market trends and competitor landscape.
- Ability to distinguish colors accurately across materials and wood grains.
- Fluent in English for client coordination.
