Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Windows Server operating systems (2012, 2016, 2019).
- In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware and operating systems (Windows 10 and 11).
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Knowledge of security best practices, including patch management and anti-virus management.
- Good troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve desktop and server issues.
- Flexibility to work night shifts as required.
Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
Additional Skills:
- Experience in virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware.
- Certifications in AWS or Azure will be an added advantage.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Windows Server administration.
Pay: From ₹420,000.00 per year
