Position: Business Analyst

Job Description:
Play a key part in supporting our consultants with client engagements across various industries. You will have
the opportunity to develop your analytical and problem-solving skills while gaining valuable experience in the
exciting world of business consulting. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, business acumen,
and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with consultants to gather and document business requirements from clients through
interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
- Conduct research to understand industry trends, best practices, and potential solutions for client
challenges.
- Develop clear and concise user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Assist in Projects with shopfloor activities.
- Create data visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate findings and
recommendations to stakeholders.
- Participate in project planning activities and maintain project documentation.
- Assist with the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, Computers (except Civil Engineering)
- 3-4 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a relevant field (a plus, but not
mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and
colleagues at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
