Role Summary:
The Telecaller is responsible for contacting prospective clients, explaining immigration and visa services, generating leads, scheduling counseling appointments, and maintaining positive customer relationships to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients interested in immigration, work permits, study visas, tourist visas, and permanent residency programs.
- Explain the company's immigration and visa services to potential customers.
- Qualify leads by understanding clients' profiles, requirements, and eligibility.
- Schedule appointments for visa counselors or immigration consultants.
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, documentation, and application status.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM or database.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Coordinate with counselors and processing teams to ensure smooth client handling.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and records.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Minimum 10+2 or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or immigration services is preferred.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and other regional languages is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
