Classes: VI–X
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop students’ conceptual understanding, logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Use activity-based, experiential and technology-enabled teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, question papers and remedial assignments.
- Conduct regular assessments, analyse results and maintain students’ academic records.
- Identify advanced and underperforming learners and provide suitable enrichment or remedial support.
- Prepare students for school, inter-school and Mathematics Olympiad competitions.
- Maintain classroom discipline and communicate students’ progress to parents.
- Participate actively in assemblies, exhibitions, clubs, school events and assigned duties.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. from a recognised institution.
- CTET qualification preferred/as applicable.
- Relevant CBSE school teaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication, classroom-management and digital-teaching skills.
2. PGT Mathematics
Classes: XI–XII
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach senior-secondary Mathematics according to the latest CBSE curriculum and examination pattern.
- Build strong conceptual foundations in Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Probability and other prescribed areas.
- Prepare students for excellent CBSE Board results and relevant competitive examinations.
- Develop detailed lesson plans, assignments, question banks, sample papers and revision schedules.
- Conduct assessments, analyse performance data and implement improvement plans.
- Provide individual academic mentoring, remedial support and enrichment to students.
- Conduct practical and application-based learning using mathematical tools and technology.
- Maintain complete academic documentation, including lesson records, result analysis and student-progress reports.
- Coordinate Mathematics-related activities, Olympiads, exhibitions, clubs and competitions.
- Contribute to departmental planning, curriculum development and school academic initiatives.
Eligibility:
- Master’s degree in Mathematics or Applied Mathematics from a recognised university.
- B.Ed. from a recognised institution.
- Relevant experience teaching Classes XI–XII in a CBSE school preferred.
- Strong command of the subject and thorough knowledge of CBSE Board requirements.
- Proven ability to deliver strong academic results.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, classroom-management and technology skills.
