Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Present and promote the company's products and services to potential customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure sales.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using CRM systems.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Attend meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the business.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver's licence (if travel )
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
