The Matrimonial Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling matrimonial membership packages, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and providing excellent customer service to clients seeking matrimonial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries.
- Explain matrimonial services, membership plans, and benefits to clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into paid memberships.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/software regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Conduct promotional activities and participate in marketing campaigns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
