Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, or similar marketplaces is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, proposal writing, client acquisition, and project coordination.
- Ability to communicate effectively with international clients and handle client interactions professionally throughout the project lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Should be confident in understanding client requirements, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
- Basic understanding of IT services, web/mobile development projects, or digital solutions will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should possess a proactive attitude, strong negotiation skills, and a result-oriented approach.
