We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle our eCommerce orders and ensure a smooth experience for our customers - from order receiving to delivery follow-up and feedback collection. The role also includes maintaining and updating our website with product listings, stock availability, and ongoing offers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries and order follow-ups through calls, chats, and emails.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order processing and dispatch.
- Track deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.
- Update product listings, stock availability, prices, and offers on the website.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Support online promotions and offer updates in coordination with the marketing team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in eCommerce or customer support, customer service, e-commerce operations, call centre, or a related customer facing role.
- Strong communication skills in English, Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi.
- Track and monitor orders across shopify,marketplaces and courierpartners and Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, website management tools).
- Customer-focused, organized, and proactive.
