Location & Work Details
- Work Location: Noida Sector 63 (Near Noida Sector 62 Metro Station)
- Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (US Time Zone – Night Shift)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Weekends: Fixed Off (Saturday & Sunday)
- Cab Facility: One-way cab drop (Office to Home – Morning)
- Compensation: Competitive in-hand salary + high performance-based incentives
Role Overview
Future Destination Overseas and Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic, motivated, and target-driven professionals to join our US Business Development (Sales & Growth) team.
As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities from US clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and end-to-end sales cycle management in an international market environment.
This position is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, persuasive, and passionate about achieving targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven setup.
Key Responsibilities (Detailed)1. Lead Generation & Business Acquisition
- Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and digital platforms targeting US clients
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into business opportunities
- Generate new sales pipelines aligned with company goals
2. Client Engagement & Sales Conversion
- Pitch services/products to potential US clients
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
4. Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain and update sales pipeline regularly
- Track daily calls, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions
- Maintain CRM records and generate performance reports
5. Strategy & Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, HR, and operations teams
- Provide feedback to improve sales strategies and outreach campaigns
- Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in:
- o Business Development / Saleso US Telecalling / International Saleso B2B or B2C client handlingCore Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to confidently interact with US-based clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)

- Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone)
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
