Ekam Eco Solutions is a leading manufacturer of sustainable sanitation and environmental solutions, including patented Zerodor Waterless Urinals, waterless retrofit systems, eco-friendly housekeeping products, sewage treatment solutions, and food waste composting cultures. We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Executive to manage our warehouse operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
* Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
* Prepare and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
* Maintain stock registers and inventory records.
* Perform regular stock verification and reconciliation.
* Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams.
* Generate dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, and courier shipments.
* Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of warehouse materials.
* Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
* Follow company safety and quality procedures.
Requirements
* Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, stores, inventory, or dispatch operations.
* Freshers with good organizational skills may also apply.
* Working knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
* Experience with ERP software is an added advantage.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
* Must be willing to work at our warehouse in Dantali, near Lapkaman.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
