Business Development Executive (Path to Head of BD) at Dime Motion
We're a content growth agency for financial podcasters and personal brand creators. We generate millions of views for our clients and turn them into recognised names in their niche.
This role starts as a BD Executive running our existing outreach system. Within 6 to 12 months, if you prove yourself, you take over as Head of BD and own the entire function. Compensation grows with the role.
The system is already built. Cold email pipeline, LinkedIn flow, Airtable backbone, SOPs documented. You won't be figuring anything out from scratch. You'll learn how it works, then make it sharper.
What you'll do
Send cold emails to podcasters and creators. Drafts auto-generate, you review and send. Run LinkedIn outreach: connection requests, replies, DMs. Post content on our channels. Sort and verify leads in Airtable. Help me get on more calls with the right people.
Who I'm looking for
You think fast. I want to explain something once and have you get it, not loop back three times.
You know the basics of cold email and outreach. You don't have to be an expert, but you should know what makes a good email versus a bad one, and have a real opinion on the right way to reach people in 2026.
You use AI tools every day. Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity. You know when each is the right call. You don't paste raw AI output into a real email.
You write in clear, natural English. You catch your own typos before I do.
You want to grow into a Head of BD role. You're not looking for a job. You're looking for a runway.
What you get
15,000-30,000 per month to start, depending on what you bring. Performance bonuses on calls booked and deals closed (7K-10K per client closed). Claude Max plan, fully covered. Direct mentorship from me on sales, outreach, and content. A clear path to Head of BD with significant pay growth attached to it.
Based in India, full-time, remote.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
