Training Manager Job Summary: We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our security team. You'll be responsible for training, monitoring, and reporting on security guard performance, ensuring adherence to SOPs and company policies. This role involves working closely with the Operations Manager and security guards to drive excellence in security operations. *Responsibilities:* - Develop and deliver training programs for security guards on SOPs, protocols, and best practices - Monitor attendance of the Guards, conduct regular quality checks on the reports generated by reporting team. - Generate daily and weekly reports regarding work done by Guards at a particular site - Conduct regular calls with security guards for training, support, and feedback - Lead the team in the absence of Operations Manager when needed - Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement process improvements - Ensure compliance with security standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements *Work Schedule:* - 5.5 work days - Shifts may vary, including occasional late evenings or weekends as needed *Requirements:* - 2+ years of experience in security operations, training, or a related field - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
