Job Summary
The Facility Manager is responsible for the overall administration, maintenance, safety, security, and smooth functioning of the company's facilities. The role ensures that all infrastructure, office assets, utilities, housekeeping, transport, and vendor services are managed efficiently to provide a safe and productive work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesFacility & Infrastructure Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all office facilities.
- Maintain office buildings, workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, common areas, and amenities.
- Monitor electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, DG, UPS, and other infrastructure systems.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure uninterrupted utility services.
Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain records of company assets and infrastructure.
- Conduct periodic physical verification of assets.
- Coordinate installation, relocation, and disposal of office equipment.
- Monitor furniture and office infrastructure requirements.
Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and manage facility-related vendors.
- Negotiate Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
- Process vendor bills after verification.
Housekeeping & Office Maintenance
- Supervise housekeeping staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across the premises.
- Maintain pantry, washrooms, cafeteria, and common areas.
Security Management
- Coordinate with security personnel.
- Monitor visitor management systems.
- Ensure access control and office security procedures.
- Oversee CCTV systems and security compliance.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections.
- Coordinate emergency evacuation drills.
- Maintain statutory compliance relating to facilities.
Transport & Logistics
- Coordinate company vehicle requirements.
- Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance.
- Maintain transport schedules and driver records.
Utility Management
- Monitor electricity, water, internet, telephone, and utility consumption.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives.
Event & Office Administration
- Coordinate office events and employee engagement activities.
- Arrange meeting rooms, conferences, and corporate functions.
- Support office expansion and relocation projects.
Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare annual facility budgets.
- Monitor expenses against approved budgets.
- Identify opportunities for operational cost optimization.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain maintenance logs and service records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly facility reports.
- Maintain statutory and audit-related documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Engineering, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Facility Management is desirable.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Facility Management or Administration.
- Experience in IT companies, corporate offices, educational institutions, or large commercial establishments is preferred.

Working Conditions

- Support management during audits, inspections, and expansion initiatives.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Management from time to time in the interest of the organization.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
