Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters and maintain recruitment records.
- Build and maintain a candidate database for future hiring.
- Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience. Fresher May apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
