We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic *Pre-Primary Teacher* to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire curiosity, foster social and emotional growth, and lay the groundwork for lifelong learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and structured classroom environment.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, adapting teaching methods to individual needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents about student development.
- Incorporate storytelling, music, art, and play into daily learning.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and child protection standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support school events and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in early childhood teaching preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
