The company is now entering an ambitious growth phase, with a 3-year target of $80 million in annual revenue and a team of 110 employees. The HR Manager will play a critical role in building the people foundation needed to support this scale-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment using the Topgrading Hiring Methodology to consistently hire A-player talent across all levels
- Own the full hiring lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management — leveraging Indeed and
- Build and manage a scalable recruitment pipeline to support growth from 40 to 110 employees over 3 years
- Manage onboarding, employee documentation, and offboarding processes
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle for a workforce of 100+ employees
- Administer and maintain HRMS platforms (Keka and Darwinbox) for HR data, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee records
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning aligned to business growth targets
- Design and refine organisational structures, reporting lines, and role definitions as the company scales
- Support succession planning by identifying critical roles and developing readiness plans for key positions
- Design, implement, and manage the employee performance management process
- Drive goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback cycles across teams
- Work with managers to identify and address performance gaps and development needs
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, and other applicable labour regulations
- Manage employee benefits administration, including insurance and leave policies
- Maintain HR policies and ensure consistent implementation across the organisation
- Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and retention during a high-growth phase
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 10 years of overall HR experience, including 4+ years in a Manager-level or Team Lead capacity
- Proven experience managing HR functions for 100+ employees
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (or equivalent qualification)
- At least one recognised HR certification — SHRM-CP, HRCI, or an equivalent Indian certification
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, specifically Keka and Darwinbox
- Practical experience sourcing and hiring through Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Demonstrated experience with the Topgrading Hiring Methodology (or similar A-player hiring frameworks)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12 LPA
- Relocation assistance provided for candidates relocating to Goa

Work Days & Timings:
- Monday - Friday: 2pm - 11pm
- Saturday: 3pm - 8pm
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 per year
