FFACE is looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to manage social media platforms, execute digital campaigns, and coordinate with clients to deliver impactful brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategies across major platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
- Manage community engagement and audience interactions.
- Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure timely project delivery.
- Be present during brand shoots and coordinate with clients and the creative team to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and Client Servicing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of SMO and basic SEO.
- Strong communication, client management, and content writing skills.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
