Tabschool is building a nationwide Educator Hub where teachers can create, share, and earn from academic content.
We are looking for an Academic Head who understands the education system deeply and can connect with teachers across India — not just as a leader, but as a mentor and guide.
This is not a traditional academic role. You will be responsible for onboarding teachers, guiding them on content creation, and building a strong educator community through webinars, workshops, and continuous engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teacher Onboarding & Outreach
- Drive onboarding of teachers across India onto Tabschool Educator Hub
- Conduct regular webinars and online sessions to introduce the platform
- Convert teachers into active contributor
2. Offline Workshops & Meet-ups
- Organize and lead teacher workshops, training sessions, and meet-ups
- Build strong relationships with schools and educator networks
3. Content Guidance & Academic Leadership
- Guide teachers on:
- Curriculum alignment (CBSE / State Boards)
- Structuring lessons and content
- Creating high-quality educational material (videos, PPTs, activities, etc.)
- Review and improve content quality standards
4. Educator Community Building
- Build and nurture a strong teacher community
- Keep educators engaged through:
- Regular communication
- Feedback loops
- Recognition and incentives
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with:
- Product team (Educator Hub features)
- Marketing team (teacher acquisition campaigns)
- Operations team
Key Skills Required
- Strong understanding of school education system (CBSE / State Boards)
- Experience in curriculum design or academic coordination
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct webinars and speak confidently to large groups
- Relationship-building and community management skills
- Passion for improving education through technology
Ideal Candidate
- 3–8 years of experience in:
- Teaching / Academic Coordination / Curriculum Design
- OR EdTech training / teacher engagement roles
- Prior experience in working with teachers or schools is mandatory
- Comfortable with travel and public speaking
- Energetic, proactive, and growth-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
