VR4BIM is looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our Interior Design department as a Design Manager. The candidate will lead Interior Design BIM projects, coordinate with international clients, manage design teams, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
The ideal candidate should have strong architectural and Interior Design BIM experience, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience handling Gulf / Middle East projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Interior Design BIM projects from design development to final delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal production teams.
- Review drawings, BIM models, and project documentation for quality and accuracy.
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and team performance.
- Guide and mentor architects and BIM modelers.
- Ensure project compliance with client standards and timelines.
- Handle technical discussions and meetings with international clients.
- Improve departmental workflow and productivity.Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Architecture / Interior Design.
- Gulf / Middle East project experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in Interior Design BIM projects.
- Experience managing architectural or BIM teams.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
