- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software development processes.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve system performance and scalability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems design and implementation.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud-native application development and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize microservices for performance and reliability.
