Answer incoming calls from customers
· Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues
· Maintain and update customer and referral information
· Ensure patient forms contain all necessary billing information
· Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
· Take ownership of customer’s issues and follow problems through to resolution
· Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
· Develop service procedures, policies and standards
· Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
· Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
· Identifying and listing out doctors who are prospective referral partners (MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS), introducing company and schedule appointments for the marketing team.
· Identifying and listing fitness trainers/nutritionists/yoga practitioners who can be prospective referral partners.
· Listing out travel agents focusing on international medical tourism.
· Patient counseling/ patient satisfaction.
· Follow up calls after a patient completes treatment - 1 month/3 month/6 month
· Assist marketing team to conduct camps
· Maintain good relationship with HR dept. of corporates

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
