Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings. Understand students' educational background and career goals. Recommend suitable online degree and certification programs. Guide students throughout the admission process. Convert enquiries into successful admissions. Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets. Maintain accurate records in CRM. Follow up with interested candidates regularly. Deliver an excellent student counselling experience. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Education Counselling, Academic Counselling, EdTech Sales, or Admission Counselling. Strong communication and convincing skills. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, LSQ, etc.) is preferred.
