Responsibilities & Requirements:
Any degree qualification with a strong interest or background in IT support.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Network Operations Centre (NOC) or IT
support role.
Provide Level 1/2 technical support for network, desktop, and system-related
issues.
Handle technical escalations related to network and desktop environments.
Support and maintain Cisco/Juniper network infrastructure (certifications such as
CCNA/JNCIA are a plus).
Experience in desktop/system support, including Windows OS and printer
support.
Work with team members to ensure uptime and performance of the IT
infrastructure.
Maintain proper documentation of configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
Follow ITIL practices for incident, change, and problem management.
Have a basic understanding of storage, backup, and archive systems.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work under pressure, with a willingness to learn and grow in a team-
based environment.
