Role Purpose
Drive Dealer Inventory Credit programs by managing dealer onboarding, portfolio performance, risk monitoring, compliance, collections, and stakeholder relationships across assigned regions
Key Responsibilities
Onboard and manage dealer partners under inventory credit programs.
Monitor credit utilization, portfolio health, dealer funding requirements, and working capital solutions.
Track dealer performance, identify risks, and coordinate corrective actions with Finance, Risk, Legal, and business teams.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal credit policies, and governance requirements.
Manage delinquency, recovery, and collections processes.
Prepare MIS, portfolio analytics, and management reports.
Drive process improvements and digital adoption in dealer financing operations.
Must-Have Experience
Exposer in Corporate Banking, SME Lending, Dealer Financing, Inventory Funding, Supply Chain Finance, or Wholesale Banking.
Strong expertise in credit risk assessment, portfolio management, and collections.
Experience managing relationships with dealers, banks, NBFCs, and internal stakeholders.
Good understanding of RBI regulations and financial compliance.
Travel Requirement
30–40% travel across assigned territory.
