Role Summary
We are looking for a highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our coaching centre. This person will coordinate between parents, students, teachers, and admin staff, ensuring that classes, schedules, and communication run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student and teacher schedules, including rescheduling requests.
- Coordinate communication between parents, students, teachers, and admin staff.
- Oversee student onboarding and ensure all records are updated.
- Maintain student, teacher, attendance, and fee records.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Handle routine operational issues and escalate major concerns when necessary.
- Track teacher attendance and assist with payroll calculations.
- Improve systems and processes to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Prior experience in operations, administration, education, or customer service preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
