The Customer Relations Executive is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by managing customer interactions, handling inquiries and complaints, conducting follow ups, and maintaining strong relationships with customers throughout their vehicle ownership service periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information regarding service bookings.
- Record customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory closure of complaints.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles (freshers can also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
