Job Overview:- We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Intern to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, and branding. You will work closely with the Production Manager, Social Media Team, and Marketing Team to create engaging visual content for digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Design social media creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Design graphics for recruitment campaigns, employer branding, and corporate events.
- Assist in creating visual content for websites, blogs, and email marketing.
- Work with the Video Editor to develop graphics for reels and promotional videos.
- Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines.
- Edit and resize images for various digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative techniques.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager and Marketing Team to execute campaigns.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills:-
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Creativity with strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Figma (preferred).
- Ability to create clean, modern, and professional designs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Eligibility:-
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- A portfolio showcasing design work (academic, freelance, or personal projects) is preferred.
