We are hiring a Tech Lead with strong experience in C# ASP.NET development and team handling. The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, leading and mentoring the development team, assigning tasks, reviewing code quality, coordinating with clients and management, ensuring timely project delivery, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining overall project performance. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in ASP.NET technologies are required. Knowledge of Angular, .NET, SQL Server, API integration, and project management will be an added advantage.
