Job Summary
PharExcel Consulting is seeking a motivated Clinical / Biotechnology Research Associate to support clinical research, regulatory documentation, and biotechnology laboratory activities. The candidate will assist in scientific documentation, clinical study coordination, literature research, and support the setup of biotechnology laboratories such as plant tissue culture and soil testing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Regulatory Research
- Preparation and review of clinical study protocols, reports, and regulatory documentation
- Literature search and compilation of scientific data for clinical research and regulatory submissions
- Assistance in preparation of clinical evaluation reports (CER), PMCF reports, and technical documentation
- Support for regulatory submissions to authorities such as the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization
- Coordination with investigators, laboratories, and sponsors for clinical study activities
- Data compilation and preparation of research summaries and documentation
Biotechnology / Laboratory Activities
- Assist in the setup and establishment of a plant tissue culture laboratory
- Support development and maintenance of plant micropropagation cultures
- Assist in soil testing laboratory setup and analytical activities
- Preparation of laboratory media, reagents, and maintenance of sterile conditions
- Maintain laboratory records, SOPs, and documentation in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice
Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- M.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or related field
Experience
- 0–3 years experience in clinical research, biotechnology laboratory work, or regulatory affairs
- Freshers with strong scientific writing skills and laboratory interest may apply
