Job Summary:
A Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The role involves preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and ensuring workplace safety standards are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and technical faults.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues.
- Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime.
- Install, test, and commission new equipment when required.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance tools.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and maintenance systems.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Time management and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant maintenance experience preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
