We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to drive business in Affordable Housing – Home Loans & Loan Against Property (LAP). The role involves sourcing, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving disbursement targets through direct/indirect channels.
Source and acquire customers for Home Loans (HL) & LAP in the affordable housing segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.
Identify business opportunities through market mapping and local networking.
Conduct customer meetings, explain product features, eligibility, and process.
Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with credit, operations, and other teams.
Achieve monthly business targets (sourcing, login, and disbursement).
Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.
