Position: Senior Executive - Supply Chain Finance

Position Overview (Sweet Karam Coffee India Pvt Ltd)
We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Finance professional to own the end-to-end financial control of logistics, warehousing, and inventory operations. The role requires strong analytical ability, cross- functional coordination, and a compliance mindset to drive cost optimization and risk mitigation across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities

Reconcile logistics payments at shipment/AWB level and verify charges.

Ensure POD collection and follow up on pending/missing PODs.

Perform regular inventory checks and resolve stock differences.

Support inventory audits with warehouses and auditors.

Track and reconcile all returns (RTO, customer, expiry).

Handle claims for lost/damaged shipments and follow up on insurance.

Ensure proper insurance coverage and track renewals.

Identify cost leakages and improve processes with teams.

Prepare MIS reports on freight, returns, shrinkage, and claims.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred)

4–5 years experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse finance

Good understanding of logistics, 3PL, warehouse operations, and freight costs

Experience in inventory reconciliation and variance analysis

Basic knowledge of insurance (transit, marine, warehouse)

Strong MS Excel skills; familiarity with ERP tools (Tally, Zoho, SAP, etc.)

Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
