Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and passionate CAT Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Quant & DILR to join our team. The role involves developing high-quality, exam-oriented content for CAT aspirants and supporting their preparation in the Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning sections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review CAT-focused content for Quantitative Aptitude (QA), Data Interpretation (DI), and Logical Reasoning (LR)
- Create concept-based and exam-oriented questions aligned with the latest CAT pattern
- Analyze Previous Year Questions (PYQs) and identify important concepts, question types, and difficulty levels
- Develop detailed and easy-to-understand solutions, explanations, and alternative approaches
- Create and update study materials, practice sets, mock questions, and revision content
- Ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all learning materials
- Collaborate with the academic/content team to improve the quality and effectiveness of CAT preparation resources
Requirements:
- Strong command over CAT Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning
- Strong conceptual understanding of Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Number System, Modern Math, and other CAT Quant topics
- Good understanding of different DI and LR question types and solving approaches
- CAT qualified (preferred)
- Prior experience in CAT/competitive exam content creation, teaching, or academic development
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills
- Ability to create clear, structured, and student-friendly explanations
- Good understanding of CAT exam trends and question patterns
