- Screening and Interviews: Talk to applicants, explain career opportunities, and coordinate interviews.
- Onboarding and Training: Guide new hires through joining formalities, documentation, and basic training sessions.
- Team Development: Motivate, mentor, and support recruited advisors to help them hit performance and business targets.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate hiring reports, daily updates, and candidate data records.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work with Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and internal teams to support local branch goals.
