- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams for business discussions
- Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions/services
- Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Support proposal creation, follow-ups, and account management activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of sales and business development processes
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and lead generation tools
