Job Summary:
The Dispatch Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the dispatch of agricultural implements to ensure timely and accurate delivery. The role involves managing logistics, supervising dispatch staff, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules for agricultural machinery and implements
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams for order fulfillment
- Ensure proper packaging, loading, and transportation of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain dispatch records (invoices, challans, e-way bills)
- Supervise dispatch staff and drivers to ensure efficient operations
- Handle logistics partners and negotiate transportation arrangements
- Ensure timely delivery while minimizing transportation costs
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
- Resolve dispatch-related issues, delays, or damages
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 1 years of experience in dispatch/logistics, preferably in manufacturing or agricultural equipment industry
Skills:
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
- Familiarity with dispatch documentation and ERP systems
- Leadership and team management
- Problem-solving and time management
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
