- Promote and sell genuine Tata Motors vehicle accessories to customers
- Assist customers in selecting suitable accessories based on vehicle models and requirements
- Explain accessory features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers
- Coordinate accessory installation with workshop and service teams
- Maintain accessory stock records and ensure proper inventory management
- Generate accessory sales leads and achieve monthly sales targets
- Ensure proper display and presentation of accessories in showroom areas
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate with sales and delivery teams for accessory fitment before vehicle delivery
- Good communication, sales, and customer handling skills required
